Oppo A37 has been launched in India at Rs 11,990. The smartphone will go on sale starting July 1. It is available in gold and grey color variants.
Oppo A37 features a 5-inch HD IPS display with 2.5D Arc Edge screen and a pixel density of 293ppi. It comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 4 for protection against scratches. The smartphone features a metal unibody design and weighs 136 gms.
Oppo A37 sports an 8MP rear camera with LED flash, Ultra-HD shooting mode, BSI sensor and f/2.2 aperture. It supports 1080p video recording. The front camera is 5MP with screen flash feature and OmniBSI+ . It also comes with Beautify 4.0 which has 7 different levels of intelligent beautify and two modes for different skin tones.
Oppo A37 is powered by 1.5GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6750 processor, coupled with 2GB RAM and 16GB of internal storage (expandable to up to 128GB via microSD card). The 4G-enabled, dual-SIM device supports a Micro-SIM and a Nano-SIM.
Oppo A37 runs Android 5.1 Lollipop with ColorOS 3.0 on top. It supports 3G, 4G, Bluetooth, NFC, WiFi, GPRS/ EDGE, GPS/ A-GPS, USB-OTG and microUSB. It packs a 2,630mAh battery.
